Getting Started
Step 1
Install the Extension
- Go to the extension page in the Chrome Web Store.
- Click Add to Chrome to install the extension.
- The NotableHQ icon will appear in your browser toolbar.
Step 2
Register/Login account
- Open the extenstion drawer by clicking icon or visit the website.
- Select the "Login/register" option.
- Sign up using your Google account or email address.
- Log in if you already have an account.

Step 3
Create a Collection
Option 1
From the Dashboard
- Go to Collections and click "Create a Collection".
- Enter the name and other details like tags, etc.
- Click on 'Updtae/Publish'.
- Alternatively, save as Draft.
Option 2
From the Extension
- Click extension icon to open the drawer.
- Then, open the collections dropdown and click 'Add New'.
- Enter the name and other details and save it.

Save Content in Collection
Option 1
Using the Extension
- Right click on any image, selected text or page.
- Choose Add to collection then modify details & add.
- To manually add any item, click on extension icon.
- Then, click 'Add New Item' and fill the details and Add.
Option 2
From the Dashboard
- Go to Collections and edit any collection by clicking pencil icon.
- Click on Add item.
- Enter the title and other details, etc.
- Click on 'Updtae/Publish'.
Step 5
Publish & Share
Publish as Public
- Go to Collections and edit any collection.
- Choose 'Public' from the visibility dropdown.
- Click on 'Updtae/Publish'.
- Your collection will be listed in the public collections list.
Share with anyone
- Public: Share a link to your published collection.
- Private: Generate a random link for people.
- Invite: Add people to access list.

Explore Other’s Collections
Search best collections
- Go to Search Collections from the menu.
- Use the search bar to find best public collections.
- Search by keywords or tags to discover best ones.
- Use the Ask AI option to get recommendations.
